Air Arabia, through its group airline Fly Jinnah, Pakistan’s newest carrier, is seeking A320 Type-rated First Officers for a fixed-term limited contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment while gaining international exposure and career growth. The contract is open to eligible foreign nationals only.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 15 months fixed-term (renewable by mutual agreement).

• Training: ~3 months initial training followed by 12 months of flying duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, assisting the Captain in managing flight deck duties.

• Conduct flights in compliance with the airline’s Operations Manual and aviation regulations.

• Perform pre-flight coordination with the Captain and Dispatch Team, including technical checks, weather, fuel, and load distribution.

• Handle required checks, records, and documentation such as fuel requirements, take-off data, and ATS flight plans.

• Supervise fuelling operations when required and ensure correct fuel distribution.

• Report irregularities affecting safety and assist in implementing corrective actions.

• Support ground-based tasks such as Safety Officer or Security Officer roles, as directed.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Minimum 500 hours of flying experience (A320 preferred).

• Experience with low-cost airline operations is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, operating procedures, and aviation safety standards.

• Familiarity with QA, Safety, Security, and Audit practices in flight operations.

• Ability to take on additional delegated roles related to safety and security.

Salary & Benefits:

• During Training: AED 12,853/month (approx. US$3,500) + per diem.

• Post Training/Line Check (up to 60 block hours): AED 20,199/month (approx. US$5,500) + per diem.

• Flying Pay: AED 275 (US$75) per block hour above 60 hours.

• Per Diem: AED 184/day (approx. US$1,500/month).

• Paid economy class tickets at the start and end of contract (50kg baggage allowance).
