Al Ibtikar Conference & Seminar is seeking a skilled First Aid Instructor to deliver high-quality first aid training. This full-time on-site role involves instructing diverse groups, conducting practical demonstrations, updating training materials, and ensuring students understand and master safety protocols and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first aid, CPR, and AED training to students and staff.

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and curriculum.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and ensure students’ competency.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Stay updated on current first aid practices, guidelines, and certifications.

• Support students in obtaining recognized certifications.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Certification as a First Aid Instructor from a recognized organization.

• Proficient in First Aid, CPR, and AED techniques.

• Strong teaching, presentation, and instructional skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Experience in healthcare, emergency response, or educational settings is a plus.
