🔹 Position Overview:

We are hiring experienced Finishing Engineers for high-rise building projects in Dubai. The selected candidates will manage and oversee all interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring top-quality execution and compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and architectural specifications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing works including:

  • Plastering, painting, tiling, marble, joinery

  • False ceilings, gypsum partitions, and decorative finishes

  • Final fit-outs and architectural detailing

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure alignment of works

• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal project teams to resolve site issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, specifications, and quality standards

• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities

• Conduct snagging and de-snagging processes prior to handover

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for inspections and approvals

• Prepare daily reports, material requests, and inspection documents

• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture

• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in high-rise finishing works

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction standards, and best practices

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project)

• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred
