Job Title: Fine Art Logistics Coordinator 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to manage the complete lifecycle of fine art shipments — from packing and customs clearance to international freight and final delivery. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, galleries, museums, and shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment of fine art pieces, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery

• Manage packing, customs clearance, and transportation via air or sea freight

• Liaise with clients, galleries, museums, and logistics partners for seamless operations

• Prepare and manage documentation, including invoices, permits, and insurance

• Monitor shipments, ensuring they meet delivery deadlines and security requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality, inventory accuracy, and project timelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Open to CIS and Asian nationals, 40 years old and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fine art logistics, museum operations, or related industries

• Strong understanding of international shipping processes, customs regulations, and documentation requirements

• Proficiency in logistics or art handling software (an advantage)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 15,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications)
