Fitch Learning is seeking an experienced Financial Trainer to join their team in Dubai. As a Financial Trainer, you will specialize in delivering training for CFA and CISI professional qualifications (PQs) through both virtual and in-person classroom settings. You will support students throughout their courses, provide help desk support, and assist with maintaining and updating training materials.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver CFA and CISI training both in person and virtually.

• Be flexible to teach evening and weekend classes.

• Respond to delegate queries through the help desk.

• Create and update training content to keep materials relevant and effective.

• Contribute to the overall success of the exam faculty.

• Travel to teaching venues across the MEA region (Middle East and Africa).

What You Need To Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CFA and CISI training (both in-person and virtual).

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven track record of successful financial training delivery.

• Collaborative and supportive attitude as part of a team.

• Experience teaching CFA Level 2.

• CFA Charterholder or completion of all three CFA levels.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience teaching all three levels of CFA.

• Familiarity with PDF annotator or similar software.

• Financial services experience.
