We’re seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to strengthen our finance team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

• Analyze and interpret variances between actuals and budgets.

• Align financial planning with organizational goals and strategy.

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards.

• Consolidate data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy.

• Automate and improve reporting processes using advanced Excel or ERP tools.

Financial Accounting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and reconciliations.

• Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and timely month-end/year-end closures.

• Assist with internal and statutory audits.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in finance/accounting roles).

• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, AP/AR, and MIS reporting.

• Background in the education industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or CPA are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
