📑 Accounting & Compliance
✔ Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently.
✔ Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to control business expenses.
✔ Ensure all transactions and balances are accurately recorded for audit readiness.

🔍 Audit & Process Optimization
✔ Support independent audits by providing well-documented financial data.
✔ Implement best accounting practices to improve financial reporting efficiency.
✔ Collaborate with management and other departments for financial clarity and reporting.

Requirements & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree or certification in Finance/Accounting.
✅ 2-5 years of experience in financial accounting or related roles.
✅ Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and compliance standards.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern accounting software.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
✅ Strong communication skills to interact with management and stakeholders.
