The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and experience in managing balance sheets, tax calculations, and financial reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and assisting top-level management with critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and assist in tax calculations, financial statements, and audit reports.

🧾 Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Assist in external audits and coordinate with auditors for smooth financial assessments.

• Comply with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.

📈 Strategic Financial Support

• Provide financial insights to assist management in business decision-making.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through financial analysis and budgeting strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 8 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or a similar role.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong budgeting, planning, and variance analysis expertise.

• Excellent negotiation and financial data interpretation skills.

• Ability to prepare detailed financial reports within strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
