Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Financial Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating financial statements, ensuring timely month-end closures, preparing for external audits, and assisting leadership with accurate financial assessments. Your expertise will contribute to informed decision-making and the fiscal health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate financial statements to streamline and optimize financial processes.

• Facilitate timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings by calculating and preparing data such as tax returns, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.

• Manage and oversee the company’s annual external audit processes.

• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations and coordinate with management to maintain proper fiscal practices.

• Collaborate with internal departments to collect, verify, and analyze financial information for reporting purposes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Solid background in core financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Strong communication skills to present financial data clearly across departments and to management.

• High attention to detail with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with a proven ability to incorporate technology into financial reporting.

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
