We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, reporting, audits, FP&A, and automation initiatives. The role requires expertise in SAP, team leadership, and delivering actionable business insights in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead account finalization and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory norms.

• Prepare timely financial statements and management reports.

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Provide data-driven financial insights aligned with strategic goals.

• Manage and optimize finance operations in SAP; drive automation and digitization initiatives.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Supervise a small finance team (2–4 members) and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Partner with business heads for cost control, planning, and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent from India.

• 8–15 years post-qualification experience in account finalization, audits, SAP FICO, FP&A, and management reporting.

• Proven experience driving automation or technology transformation in finance.

• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
