Emirates Islamic is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Retail, Business, and Wealth Management (RBWM) segments by providing financial insights, planning, and strategic decision-making support. The role requires close collaboration with Segment Heads to ensure financial policies and control frameworks are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Work closely with Segment teams (Mass, Priority, and Business Banking) to produce relevant financial reports for effective decision-making.
✅ Research and resolve data discrepancies and answer finance-related queries from Business Heads and stakeholders.
✅ Assist the AVP – Business Finance CWM and Segment Heads in developing a robust long-term strategy, assessing key risks and opportunities.
✅ Establish a financial planning framework to enable accurate revenue and cost modeling.
✅ Align Product and Segment revenues for accurate financial reporting.
✅ Develop and maintain a business case evaluation process for segment investments, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
✅ Conduct post-implementation reviews for all major investment expenditures.
✅ Provide cost analysis and reporting for segment direct costs to enhance transparency.
✅ Establish a process for business unit heads to effectively understand and manage financial expenditures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or MBA in Finance.
🔹 8-12 years of experience in the finance function of a large bank, with exposure to business finance and retail banking.
🔹 Strong financial planning, business performance management, and reporting expertise.
🔹 Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at senior management levels.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment and manage multiple priorities.
