Job Title: Finance Manager – Facility Management

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, and enhancing the financial performance of our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to optimizing financial processes while working closely with various departments to support the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals and business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders to provide insights into business performance.

• Monitor cash flow and mitigate financial risks proactively.

• Conduct audits to assess the financial health of the organization and drive improvements.

• Collaborate with department heads to offer financial insights and facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications such as CMA, CPA preferred).

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within the facility management or related industries.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.

• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting; advanced Excel skills are essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing finance teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances).
