Role Overview:

As Finance Manager, you will lead the financial planning and operations of the company, ensuring financial health, risk management, and long-term sustainability. You’ll play a key role in advising senior management on financial strategy, overseeing budgets and forecasts, and optimizing the company’s financial performance across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and investment goals.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support real estate development and operational activities.

• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate risks, returns, and feasibility of new ventures.

• Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.

• Manage financial audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

• Supervise accounting functions, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and reconciliations.

• Analyze cost structures, implement cost-control initiatives, and identify areas for financial efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet project and operational needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial initiatives.

• Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and continuous development.

• Report key financial metrics and insights to executive leadership to support decision-making.

• Deep understanding of real estate finance, budgeting, and investment evaluation.

• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and Excel.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate development or construction.
