Finance Manager – Full-Time | UAE-Based | DFSA-Regulated Fintech

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.

• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Ensure strong internal controls, financial planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead UAE tax and audit compliance processes.

2. Customer & Vendor Finance Operations

• Oversee customer settlements, transaction processing, and fund flow integrity.

• Manage vendor payments, contract obligations, and invoicing workflows.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and compliance teams to streamline finance operations.

3. DFSA Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

• Serve as the key finance point of contact for DFSA-related matters.

• Prepare and file financial statements, capital adequacy reports, and regulatory submissions per DFSA standards.

• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and all DFSA-mandated controls.

• Build and enhance financial governance frameworks to align with DFSA expectations.

4. Strategic Finance & Risk

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.

• Partner with leadership to drive business growth, optimize financial systems, and manage risk.

• Champion automation and efficiency in financial processes and tools.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certified; DFSA/ADGM authorized individual is a strong plus.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within fintech or financial services.

• Deep knowledge of DFSA regulations, financial compliance, and risk frameworks.

• Proficient in financial reporting, forecasting, and capital management tools.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounting platforms, and regulatory reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
