About the Role

Guildhall is partnering with a leading retail business in the UAE to hire a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial professional with retail industry experience to play a strategic role in driving financial success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements while ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT & corporate tax).

• Manage POS reconciliation, sales reporting, margin analysis, and store financial performance.

• Implement risk management initiatives and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

• Advise senior management on financial strategies and expansion plans.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or ACCA preferred).

• Experience: 5-8 years of financial management experience, preferably within the retail sector.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
