We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading insurance company in the UAE. This role plays a critical part in driving financial strategy, overseeing regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day finance operations while ensuring compliance with UAE Tax Laws and Central Bank and Insurance Authority regulations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile comprehensive monthly financial reports, including department-wise management accounts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws, Insurance Authority, and Central Bank reporting requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, including capital assets, depreciation schedules, general ledgers, and reconciliations.

• Manage contracts and registers related to insurers, vendors, and IT systems.

• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, corporate card use, and expense claims.

• Review and enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with department heads for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes.

• Provide financial leadership, build strong teams, and ensure succession planning.

• Perform other financial projects or duties as directed by the MD and CEO.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and enhance customer experience.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA certification preferred.

• Bilingual preferred (English and Arabic).

• 8–10 years of financial management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.

• Prior experience in the UAE insurance or brokerage industry is highly desirable.

• Proficient in computerized accounting systems.

• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and industry compliance standards.

AED 13,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
