Job Title: Finance & Insurance Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance Executive to join our automotive sales team in the UAE. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring seamless support to customers, and achieving set penetration targets. Job Purpose:

To support and enhance the vehicle sales process by managing F&I products effectively, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing showroom customers to manage and renew their vehicle insurance using the approved panel of insurers.

• Execute F&I procedures aligned with customer requirements and company standards to meet monthly sales targets.

• Prepare and present finance and insurance quotations tailored to each customer deal.

• Clearly explain contract terms, exclusions, and benefits to ensure customer understanding prior to agreement.

• Secure all required documentation and obtain credit approvals from supporting banks before vehicle delivery.

• Track and reconcile commissions from partner banks for every deal; maintain accurate financial records daily.

• Maintain and organize documentation; regularly update F&I Supervisor with performance reports and individual sales achievements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or completion of a relevant automotive vocational program.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in automotive finance or insurance, preferably within the GCC region.

• Strong communication, organizational, and numerical skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.

• Knowledge of banking and insurance processes related to vehicle finance is an advantage.
