Coty, a global leader in beauty and cosmetics, is offering a 12-month Finance Graduate Trainee opportunity exclusively for UAE Nationals as part of the country’s Emiratization initiative. This on-site role in Dubai is designed to provide young professionals with a strong foundation in finance by offering hands-on experience across multiple financial functions. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with renowned global brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, and Adidas.

Responsibilities:

• Support Accounts Receivables: Liaise with key customers to ensure smooth and timely collections.

• Coordinate with Shared Services: Monitor the timely processing of debit notes.

• Assist with Accounts Payables: Engage in invoice management and payment processes.

• Perform Cash Management tasks: Assist with fund placements and movements across banks.

• Support SOX and IFC control implementation to ensure financial compliance.

• Collaborate with auditors by preparing documentation and offering process insights.

• Assist in VAT filings and corporate income tax registration.

• Maintain master data including customer records and pricing in SAP.

• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as assigned by the finance team or management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

• 0–2 years of experience in FMCG or Financial Services is preferred.

• Basic understanding of finance, tax, audit, and internal control principles.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Bonus: Familiarity with web-based tools or SAP is a plus.

• Open only to UAE Nationals with a family book, in support of the UAE Government’s Emiratization initiative.
