We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning for our regional operations. This role is the key point of contact for all budget-related matters, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely financial management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to financial governance standards and budgetary procedures.

Maintain accurate cost centers, accounts, and project codes.

Update and manage the Authorized Signatory Matrix (ASM) for PO approvals.
2. Budget Ownership & Management
-
Lead the complete budget cycle, including operating budgets and rolling forecasts.

Coordinate input from multiple teams and affiliates.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of budget submissions.

Track, categorize, and report changes across budget cycles.
3. Actuals & Variance Analysis

Review and analyze financial reports to identify budget variances.

Collaborate with budget owners to address deviations.

Prepare consolidated variance reports for leadership.
4. Purchase Orders & Invoice Oversight

Review actuals to identify PO discrepancies and initiate corrections.

Oversee invoice processing and reclassifications.

Ensure compliance with financial control requirements.
5. Training & Communication

Train staff on budget policies and procedures.

Communicate timelines and requirements across teams.
6. Strategic Financial Planning

Provide insights for long-term planning and transformation projects.

Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

5–8 years’ experience in financial control or budget management, ideally in a regional/global setting.

Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.

Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficiency in MS Office and financial tools (e.g., Power BI).

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
