Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Toyota & Lexus B2B

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Toyota & Lexus B2B Finance Team. This role plays a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, collaborating with the brand FP&A team and AFG finance teams to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

✅ Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
✅ Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts for inventory and accounts receivable.
✅ Conduct variance analysis to ensure financial performance aligns with projections.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

✅ Prepare detailed financial reports with margin and expense analysis.
✅ Provide commentary and insights for monthly reviews with B2B management.
✅ Develop management reporting dashboards for product and performance analysis.

Commercial & Pricing Support

✅ Assist in pricing proposals, volume rebate programs, and cost validation.
✅ Conduct annual reviews of extended warranty utilization models.
✅ Ensure accurate accounting of warranty provisions.

Sales Accounting & Cost Control

✅ Oversee sales accounting and cash control in compliance with company policies.
✅ Review indirect costs, cross charges, and site-wise allocations.
✅ Ensure adequate insurance coverage and aged stock liquidation efforts.

Compliance & Audit

✅ Ensure adherence to finance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
✅ Support external and internal audit reviews.
✅ Review AR provision and facilitate timely submission of finance deal packs.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

✅ Supervise and provide training to the finance team.
✅ Work closely with brand FP&A and AFG finance teams to support strategic initiatives.
✅ Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Skills & Competencies:

🔹 Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to provide actionable insights.
🔹 Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools.
🔹 Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of pricing strategies, volume rebates, and cost control.
🔹 Leadership & Communication: Ability to supervise teams and collaborate across departments.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Strong reporting and MIS skills to ensure accuracy in financial data.

Qualifications & Experience:

📌 Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
📌 Professional Certification: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CA preferred.
📌 Experience:

• Proven Finance Business Partner or similar role experience.
• Expertise in financial planning, pricing models, and warranty provision accounting.
• Strong background in SAP and financial tools.
