Gushcloud International is seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to oversee financial management and operational excellence in Abu Dhabi and the wider MENA region. This role involves ensuring compliance with ADIO and UAE regulations, driving profitability, and implementing governance and operational frameworks. The candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO MENA and contribute to commercial growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Abu Dhabi operations and MENA region.

• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADGM, and internal group policies.

• Track and report against ADIO KPIs, including GDP contribution, Emiratization, and investment targets.

• Monitor P&L performance, optimize revenue, and manage costs.

• Manage treasury functions including cash flow, banking, and investments.

• Collaborate with Group CFO on financial governance, audits, and consolidation.

Operations:

• Oversee end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

• Implement governance frameworks aligned with ADIO and international best practices.

• Coordinate with HR, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Corporate Communications for integrated services.

• Support commercial teams with operational infrastructure for client servicing, contracts, and projects.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cross-border collaboration.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to ADIO and SGX governance standards.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks.

• Maintain transparent documentation and controls for audits.

Commercial & Strategic Leadership:

• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and new business ventures.

• Contribute to commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Support operational readiness for expansion in the MENA region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Experience with government agencies or investment offices, preferably ADIO.

• Knowledge of UAE business regulations, ADGM frameworks, and IFRS.

• Proven track record of driving profitability, operational efficiency, and governance improvements.
