Job Title: Finance & Accounting Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Officer to oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support key accounting functions. This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and requires a professional with a deep understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify financial and system-generated reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Facilitate timely month-end closing by managing essential accounting tasks including tax return calculations, fixed asset tracking, and ledger maintenance.

• Lead the company’s annual external audit process and ensure all documentation is in order.

• Prepare comprehensive general ledger reports and closing statements with accurate financial transaction details.

• Ensure financial disclosures comply with standard business practices, internal policies, and regulatory frameworks.

• Stay updated with evolving financial policies and ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic or professional background.

• Deep knowledge of accounting practices including balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability metrics.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to support cross-functional coordination and partnership management.

• High attention to detail and the ability to make timely and accurate financial decisions.

• Expertise in interpreting and preparing financial statements and reports.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data management.
