Job Title: Filipino Project Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Filipino Project Engineer to oversee and manage pergola, door, and gate fabrication & installation projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with teams for resource allocation & task prioritization.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks & compliance issues.

• Resolve project-related issues & conflicts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

✅ Design & Engineering:

• Review and verify design drawings, specifications, and calculations.

• Select appropriate materials & components for fabrication and installation.

✅ Fabrication & Installation:

• Plan and coordinate installation activities, including site preparation & logistics.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality & safety standards.

✅ Communication & Collaboration:

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements & provide progress updates.

• Work closely with production, installation, and sales teams.

✅ Continuous Improvement:

• Identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency & quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in steel & aluminum fabrication.

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & tools.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

🤝 Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.

• Effective communication & teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🚗 Other Requirements:

• UAE Driving License is a must.

🌍 Preferred Candidate:

• Nationality: Philippines

• Experience: 2-5 years
