Job Description:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, promoting e&’s products and services directly to potential customers across residential and commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell e&’s telecom services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend customized telecommunication solutions.

• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Stay informed about e&’s latest offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of daily sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

• Present potential leads and market insights to the management team to support strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas for new service launches and promotional strategies.

• Utilize various marketing channels such as traditional outreach, social media, and email campaigns to support sales initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–1 year in sales (telecom experience is a plus, but not required)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
