ACWA Power is hiring a Field Operator to support its power and water desalination operations in the UAE. The role involves monitoring operational parameters, coordinating with the CCR Operator, ensuring safe start-up and shutdown of plants, and responding promptly to emergencies. Candidates with technical qualifications and relevant field experience in power or water desalination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system operation parameters at the local level.

• Coordinate with the CCR Operator regarding operational activities.

• Perform safe start-up and shut-down of the plant as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure quick and effective responses during emergency operations.

• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Technical Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).

• 1–3 years of field operations experience in power generation or water desalination units.

• Strong knowledge of plant operations and emergency handling.

• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.
