Duagh Design & Build is seeking a highly skilled FF&E Specialist with experience in high-end interior fit-out projects. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing the selection, sourcing, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are met for luxury projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive FF&E packages aligned with project design intent.

• Source and curate high-quality FF&E within budget.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, samples, orders, and deliveries.

• Manage lead times, logistics, and oversee on-site installation of FF&E.

• Ensure all selections adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver projects successfully.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of FF&E experience, preferably on UAE projects.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing (local & international), and project coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Excel, and presentation tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Portfolio required – applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
