U+A is seeking an experienced FF&E Lead to oversee the design, procurement, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) projects. The role involves ensuring quality control, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with suppliers and consultants to deliver high-end interior design projects across residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage FF&E design deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality project documentation.

• Maintain client communication to align expectations and design requirements.

• Ensure FF&E submissions meet client specifications and design intent.

• Oversee material selections and design quality, reviewing mood boards and concept development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.

• Supervise procurement processes, including logistics, storage, and installation.

• Ensure budget adherence while optimizing cost-efficiency in FF&E selections.

• Liaise with suppliers and consultants, reviewing shop drawings and coordinating installations.

• Conduct site inspections, ensuring design execution aligns with project requirements.

• Provide project status updates and propose solutions to any design or client concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Interior Design, with 10+ years in the GCC.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• Expertise in technical design, procurement, and construction processes.

• Strong knowledge of RIBA Stage 4 documentation and project execution.

• Ability to lead an FF&E design team and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
