We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Tele-Sales Executive to help drive business growth by engaging potential customers and generating sales. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services using prepared scripts.

• Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the company’s offerings.

• Understand customer needs and close sales effectively.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.

• Maintain and update customer records in the database.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer concerns professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.

• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally through phone-based selling.

• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of E-commerce is a plus.

• High school diploma required; BSc/BA is a plus.
