This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls, understands sales processes, and is fluent in English, Hindi, and either Telugu or Kannada.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote products or services

• Inbound Calls: Handle inquiries from new or existing clients, providing support and closing sales

• Lead Qualification: Evaluate and filter leads for quality and sales conversion potential

• Product Knowledge: Confidently explain product features and address customer concerns

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of telesales experience preferred

• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu or Kannada

• Must be female and below 30 years of age

• Open to fresh graduates and K-12 graduates

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
