Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Female Shop Assistant from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, or the Philippines to join a well-established retail store in the United Arab Emirates. Job Summary:

As a Shop Assistant, you will be the face of the store—ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with daily retail tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Guide customers to products and provide accurate information on items and promotions.

• Maintain a tidy and well-organized store, including display areas and checkout counters.

• Restock shelves, ensure products are labeled with correct prices, and monitor inventory.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales and handle cash or card payments accurately.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and efficiently.

• Assist in receiving new stock and verifying product quality and quantities.

• Stay updated on store promotions, policies, and procedures.

• Cooperate with team members to meet store goals and provide top-tier service.

• Adhere to safety and security guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Salary: AED 1,800.00 to 2,400.00, based on experience.

Requirements & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Friendly, energetic personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.

• Physically able to stand for long periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
