We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Female Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build strong client relationships

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients

• Prepare and organize picture packs and digital samples for buyers

• Maintain the showroom and sample storage areas

• Assist with pricing strategies for quotes, promotions, and client negotiations

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

• Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential clients

• Identify and reach out to new customers

• Organize quarterly meetings for regional and shop managers

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience

• Guide customers in locating and choosing desired products

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Keep customers informed about new products and offers

• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory

• Coordinate stock transfers between branches or place special orders

• Escalate any customer complaints to management

• Monitor and track inventory levels
