We are currently seeking motivated and professional Female Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. As part of Bricks & Keys, you will represent a premium brand, helping clients buy, sell, and rent luxury properties while maintaining the highest level of integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and build a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and tenants

• Conduct property viewings and present listings with professionalism

• Guide clients through the complete process of buying, selling, or renting properties

• Draft, prepare, and manage real estate contracts and agreements

• Provide expert advice on market trends, property pricing, and investment options

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with the Bricks & Keys team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, RERA laws, and market developments

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional attitude

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Positive personality with a client-first approach
