Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Inventory:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of products (e.g., knives, collectibles).

• Ensure all items are rust-free, packed, and accurately labeled.

• Support stock organization and monitor inventory levels.

• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support:

• Assist walk-in customers with product information and selection.

• Provide product demonstrations when necessary.

• Help promote sales through effective communication and upselling.

• Participate in occasional promotional events or local product exhibitions.

Basic Digital & Admin Tasks:

• Assist with simple computer-based work like typing, emails, or product listings.

• Support social media posts and advertising content creation.

• Respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries when required.

Growth & Flexibility:

• Be open to travel within the UAE for business support when required.

• Take initiative and grow with the brand by accepting new responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Proficient in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

• Minimum middle school education (high school preferred).

• Basic computer skills (typing, browsing, email, social media).

• Friendly, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
