Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and certified Female Massage Therapist to join a prestigious spa and wellness center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various massage techniques, a passion for wellness and relaxation, and the ability to create a calming and rejuvenating experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

💆‍♀ Massage Therapy & Treatments

• Perform a range of massage techniques (kneading, rubbing, and stroking) to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

• Administer steam, dry heat, infrared, and water treatments based on client requests.

• Provide clients with exercise recommendations for improved wellness and muscle relief.

🏡 Spa Environment & Client Satisfaction

• Maintain tidy and well-equipped treatment rooms (e.g., towels, oils, candles).

• Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism in all treatments.

• Assist clients in booking massage and wellness treatments.

💬 Customer Service & Team Collaboration

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring satisfaction with every session.

• Understand and promote spa services, membership packages, and pricing.

• Work collaboratively with the wellness and recreation team to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education & Certification:

• Certified Massage Therapist with expertise in a variety of massage techniques.

✔ Experience:

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of body treatments, wellness therapies, and client care.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A passion for well-being, relaxation, and holistic treatments.

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team and provide exceptional service.
