Job Title: Female Karate Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Female Karate Instructor to guide students in mastering the art of karate. The role focuses on teaching proper techniques, instilling discipline, promoting physical fitness, and sharing the philosophy behind martial arts. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to student development, safety, and creating a supportive training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach karate techniques, forms, and self-defense to students of different age groups

• Incorporate karate philosophy, discipline, and respect into training sessions

• Support students in improving their fitness, confidence, and mental strength

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Ensure safe training practices and uphold safeguarding standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Coaching qualification in karate or martial arts instruction

• Valid First Aid Certificate (must include AED & CPR for all ages, accredited by Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) or Ministry of Health)

• Child Safeguarding Certificate

• Police Certificate of Good Conduct

• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Ability to maintain discipline while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
