Job Title: Female Fitness Sales Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Fitness Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic about health and wellness and has a strong background in gym membership sales. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness programs to new and existing clients

• Conduct tours of the facility, explain services and benefits, and resolve client inquiries to increase conversions

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, offering bulk membership solutions

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through outreach calls, emails, events, and walk-ins

• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and referral programs

• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing is a plus

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in sales (fitness, retail, or hospitality industry preferred)

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Sales-driven with a persuasive, customer-focused approach

  • Confident, energetic, and passionate about the fitness industry

• Preferred Nationalities: Belarus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, European Union, Russia, Bolivia, Cuba
