Job Title: Female Business Development Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a young, energetic, and target-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our growing Dubai-based digital agency. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, a passion for technology, and the ability to sell high-demand software solutions in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand company software offerings and unique selling points (USPs)

• Identify and collect leads through online and direct channels

• Conduct engaging product demos for prospective clients

• Upsell and cross-sell additional software products to existing customers

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Must have own visa (no visit visa)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Excellent English fluency (Arabic is an added advantage)

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience OR proven ability to sell software products

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
