The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert (Server) to deliver exceptional dining experiences at the Pool & Beach. This role involves creating memorable guest interactions by setting tables, serving food and beverages, communicating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will embody The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Set tables, manage menus, and coordinate with kitchen staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.

• Uphold company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance.

• Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving items (up to 25 lbs independently or 50 lbs with assistance).

• Perform additional duties as required to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

• Less than 1 year of related work experience in F&B service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

• No supervisory experience required.
