Greenfix Property Care is hiring an F&B Server for the Pool Bar at the luxurious 5-star Raffles Dubai. The role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining outlet standards, and supporting the F&B team in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service while adhering to outlet and LQA standards.

• Maintain full knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, and dietary requirements.

• Assist with bar operations including coffee, tea, and cocktails.

• Support colleagues across outlets to ensure smooth operations.

• Address guest feedback professionally and report issues to management.

• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.

• Assist with inventory checks and liaise with other departments for seamless operations.

• Use upselling techniques to support outlet revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in 5-star luxury hospitality.

• Hospitality studies are preferable.

• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Positive, professional, and motivated personality.

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.

• Well-groomed and able to follow professional standards.
