Hyatt is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join their Food & Beverage team as F&B Hosts / Waiters / Waitresses at their Abu Dhabi location. This is an exciting full-time, on-site opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent level of service to all guests.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently, courteously, and professionally in the designated work area.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by being flexible, attentive, and responsive to guest needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work station.

• Comply with all hygiene and safety standards set by the hotel.

• Work collaboratively with the broader F&B and hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a diverse team.

• A professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
