Hilton is looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress (F&B Host) to join the team at Hampton by Hilton – Dubai Al Qusais. This role is key to delivering an excellent guest experience through attentive service and strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
🍽 Serve guests in a warm, timely, and professional manner
🍷 Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with local licensing laws
📋 Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and all offerings
🧹 Ensure cleanliness and full stock of floor stations
⚠ Report any guest issues following proper procedures
🥗 Ensure food and beverage orders meet Hilton’s quality standards
🧼 Follow Hilton’s grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
🔥 Adhere to health & safety and fire regulations

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
🌟 Prior F&B or hospitality experience
