Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional service at all times.

• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

• Assist with setting up for events and banquets.

• Process payments and handle cash using POS systems.

• Support inventory management and restocking supplies.

• Recommend and upsell menu items and promotions.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.

• Participate in staff briefings and training sessions.

• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or hospitality preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.
