IBIS One Central is hiring a full-time F&B Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) to join their vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle customer service, POS operations, and assist in events, ensuring high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Take and relay food & beverage orders accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas

• Upsell menu items and handle guest complaints

• Assist with events, special functions, and restocking supplies

• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety procedures

• Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk)

• Participate in training, meetings, and briefings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

• Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
