ibis One Central is hiring an F&B Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) to join its dynamic hospitality team. The role involves serving guests, handling cash/POS transactions, assisting with events, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting seamless dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.

• Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

• Assist with setup for dining rooms, banquets, and special events.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and provide courteous service.

• Upsell menu items and promote specials.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently.

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

• Participate in training programs and contribute feedback on menus.

• Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk) for smooth operations.

• Uphold grooming and dress code standards.

• Support in training new team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of F&B menus; basic culinary skills are a plus.

• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
