Novotel World Trade Centre, part of the Accor Group, is looking for an experienced F&B Attendant (Waiter/Waitress) to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. The role involves customer service, cash handling, POS operations, inventory management, and assisting in events while maintaining high hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers professionally with a positive attitude.

  • Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen or bar staff, and ensure timely service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.

  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to guests.

  • Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy.

  • Operate and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

  • Assist in setting up dining rooms, banquet halls, or special events.

  • Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities.

  • Provide feedback on menu selections and customer preferences.

  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.

  • Train and support new team members.

  • Collaborate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk) to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus; basic culinary knowledge is a plus.

  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
