Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring an F&B Attendant to join their team at The Green Planet, a tropical forest attraction located in City Walk, Dubai. This full-time, on-site position requires a service-oriented professional with prior experience in food and beverage operations. The role involves taking orders, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders while ensuring high guest satisfaction.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and confidently respond to customer inquiries.

• Upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue.

• Operate equipment safely and follow Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.

• Assist in setting up and serving at special events or themed functions.

• Attend training sessions and meetings; support team collaboration.

• Adhere to company standards on grooming, cash handling, hygiene, and behavior.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Certificate; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.

• Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B role.

• Familiarity with POS systems and experience handling cash, AED, and foreign currencies.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent in spoken English; basic computer literacy preferred.
