Our client, a renowned fashion retail group in the Gulf region, is looking for a Fashion Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to trend-driven collections and collaborate with industry experts to shape the future of fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop new collections based on market research and industry trends.
• Trend Research: Stay up to date with fashion movements, textiles, and global style trends to create fresh, market-ready designs.
• Sketching & CAD Design: Create detailed sketches, CAD drawings, and tech packs to guide the production process.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Choose fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the collection’s vision.
• Prototyping & Sampling: Oversee the sample creation process, ensuring design accuracy and high-quality production standards.
• Mood Boards & Styling Direction: Develop mood boards and color palettes to drive seasonal themes and aesthetic direction.
• Quality Control: Inspect products throughout the design and manufacturing stages to ensure they meet brand standards.
• Fittings & Adjustments: Provide fit comments and recommendations to refine silhouettes and enhance garment construction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in fashion design with a strong understanding of collection development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, prints, trims, and color theory.
• Experience in the export fashion industry is a plus.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, style, and upcoming trends.
