About the Role:
Nysa.ae is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creative process from concept to production, including designing garments, selecting fabrics, managing fittings, and overseeing embroidery work. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who are passionate about fashion and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design stylish and market-relevant clothing and accessories.

• Select appropriate fabrics and materials aligned with design vision.

• Create patterns and oversee the garment construction process.

• Conduct fittings and modify designs as needed.

• Collaborate on embroidery and embellishment design.

• Stay current with fashion trends and integrate them into collections.

• Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain quality and design consistency across collections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative fashion design work.

• Experience with textiles, embroidery, and garment construction.

• Proficiency in fittings and pattern design.

• Excellent attention to detail and trend awareness.

• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.

• Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
