As a Fashion Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand—driving in-store experiences, achieving sales goals, and supporting customer engagement strategies. You’ll contribute to a vibrant, customer-first environment that reflects Chalhoub Group’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting individual and team sales targets.

• Gather and analyze customer behavior insights and product performance (top sellers/slow movers).

• Develop strong client relationships across omni-channel platforms.

• Share product feedback to assist in inventory planning and buying decisions.

• Promote and register customers in the MUSE loyalty program.

• Support in-store CX and CRM initiatives and ensure accurate data capture.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support in-store marketing events.

• Participate in brand campaigns and stay informed about GUESS social media activities.

• Ensure efficient Click & Collect processes in line with SLAs.

• Foster a collaborative and high-energy team culture that supports employee engagement (eNPS).

• Strong communication skills in English and Russian.

• Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.

• Previous retail or fashion consulting experience is a plus.
