Chalhoub Group is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join their Versace Young team at Dubai Mall. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales goals, and supporting customer experience (CX) and client relationship management (CRM) strategies. If you are passionate about fashion and have experience in retail and clientelling, especially in kids’ fashion, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and store sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Build and manage client relationships using an omni-channel approach

• Provide feedback on product performance (top sellers, slow movers)

• Adhere to visual merchandising (VM) standards and operational procedures

• Promote and educate customers on the MUSE loyalty program

• Support in-store marketing events, promotions, and digital campaigns

• Ensure customer data collection aligns with marketing requirements

• Drive customer engagement and in-store experience (CX) initiatives

• Monitor and fulfill click-and-collect orders within service-level agreements

• Provide feedback on in-store processes and customer behavior

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

• Experience in retail, especially with kids’ fashion or luxury brands

• Familiarity with CRM, loyalty programs, and customer service best practices

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven
